  • Outdoor Bootcamp - Kick-start your mornings by joining us for our outdoor Bootcamp with a range of circuit, HIIT and running stations! All fitness levels welcome!

  • Metafit - A high-intensity workout using a series of bodyweight exercises with interval style training. Designed by a former marine, this is a class you can be sure to push your limits in!

  • PIYO - Combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of Yoga. Sped up for a fat burning, low impact workout.

  • RIP! - A rapid fat-burning barbell workout class that incorporates weights to tone and condition the body!

  • Run Fit – Why not join us for our Run Fit classes designed to build running strength and stamina!

  • Spin – Our 45 minute spin classes are a mix of HIIT and strength work to some outstanding music! All fitness levels welcome. Limited spaces available so book now!

  • Strong – A high intensity interval training class using traditional fitness moves for a more athletic, conditioning styled workout.

  • WAR! - Punch and kick your way into this 45 minute martial arts inspired workout. All Fitness levels welcome. (non-contact martial arts) 

  • 50/50 - Combines 2 classes together usually a cardio and strength training class for example – Aerobics and Kettlebells  for a full body workout!
